Regal Beef Tenderloin with Decadent Seafood Topping 🥩🦞
Ingredients:
4 beef tenderloin steaks
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 lb crab meat (lump)
4 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
2️⃣ In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add shrimp and crab, cooking until shrimp turns pink.
4️⃣ Stir in cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice, simmering until the sauce thickens.
5️⃣ Serve tenderloin topped with the seafood sauce, garnished with parsley.
Notes:
You can swap shrimp and crab for lobster or scallops!
Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
