Seafood Boil Ramen
Seafood Boil Ramen 🍜
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb crab legs
2 packs ramen noodles
1 ear of corn, cut into sections
2 potatoes, cubed
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
4 cups seafood broth
Instructions:
Boil potatoes and corn until tender, set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter, add garlic and Old Bay seasoning.
Add seafood broth, bring to a boil.
Add crab legs and shrimp, cook until done.
Cook ramen noodles separately, then add to the pot.
Serve with potatoes and corn.
Notes:
Add sausage or clams for extra variety.
